One place for the game's backend levers. Changes here are global — they affect the live game everyone plays. Nothing is live until you press a Save button.

Turns "Play with friends" on/off everywhere (web, Capacitor, and the native app) and tells the server to accept or refuse new tables. Games already in progress finish gracefully.

“Attended” checkboxes are the funnel's last step — tick them at the door. Remove fixes ghost seats/duplicates (seat count recomputes automatically).

While OFF, the app never shows the iOS permission prompt and no devices register. Turn ON to start registering team TestFlight devices; sending is always manual (below).
Send a test notification
Goes to … registered device(s) — during testing that's just the team. Every send is written to notify_log so we can compare opens/games after a send against quiet days.
AI Difficulty
Tunes the three computer opponents in the practice game for all players. Takes effect on each player's next game. (A device using the local tuner at /play/tune.html still overrides these for that device only.)
